Support & Feedback form:

This is the best way to ask for support if you want to see a lasting solution. This option is ideal for facilities and equipment issues.

Completed forms are added to our operations database and given priority until a solution is provided. You will receive automatic updates regarding our effort to address your submission. Think of it as a work ticket.

When filling the form please be as thorough as possible so we can assess and react appropriately.

However, we understand some issues may be sensitive, or you may just be feeling shy. In such cases feel free to leave out any identifying information.

 

If this form is missing something, please let us know! we are always looking for ways to improve.

Support email

This is a quick way to alert us of issues. Great for “firefighting” or if you have a quick question.

​

You will get a response from a team member indicating receipt of your email and likely issues or steps. However, you may not get an email indicating that the solution or issue is resolved.

​

Our team may turn a support email into a work ticket that is processed similar to a support form.
